Refund, Returns and Shipping Policy

At Anso Spark, we take great care in preparing and delivering your products to ensure they reach you in the best condition. Since many of our products are live plants and perishable, our refund and return process is a little different from standard e-commerce. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.


1. Products Eligible for Return or Replacement

We only accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.
  • You receive the wrong product.

Note: Live plants are natural products, so slight variations in size, shape, and color are normal and not considered defects.


2. Products Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Wrong address or delivery failure due to incomplete address.
  • Delay in delivery caused by courier/logistics partners beyond our control.
  • Minimal cosmetic variations in live plants or handmade pots.
  • Perishable products like live plants, once delivered in healthy condition.

3. Reporting a Problem

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Email us at help@ansospark.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photographs of:
    • The damaged/wrong product
    • The packaging (including shipping label)
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days and update you on the resolution.

4. Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be:

  • Processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer (you’ll need to share bank details securely via email).

5. Replacement Process

  • If a replacement is approved, we will send the same or similar product (based on availability) at no extra cost.
  • In rare cases where a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

6. Bulk & Corporate Orders

For bulk, B2B, and corporate gifting orders, separate terms apply. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for replacement or refund consideration.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently offer Pan-India delivery through trusted courier and logistics partners.
  • Some remote locations may have extended delivery timelines or limited service availability.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Live plants are carefully prepared and packaged to ensure they remain healthy during transit.
  • Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or festivals.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location.
  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or minimum order value (as announced on the website).

5. Packaging & Handling

  • Live Plants: Packed with protective materials, moisture retention setups, and sturdy boxes.
  • Pots, Tools, and Other Items: Bubble-wrapped or boxed securely to avoid damage.
  • All orders are shipped from our Factory & Nursery Unit in Baruipur, Kolkata to ensure fresh and fast dispatch.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details.
  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website or our order tracking page.

7. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by courier/logistics companies, strikes, or natural disasters.
  • Delays due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

8. Bulk & Corporate Orders

  • Special delivery timelines apply for bulk and corporate gifting orders.
  • These will be communicated during order confirmation.

9. Damaged or Missing Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us at help@ansospark.com within 24 hours with photographs.
  • We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Returns Policy.
